A tractor without attachments is about as useful as a rifle without a magazine... get me those blades and rippers NOW :P

Blades would be nice but I believe that I would rather have a D6 or D7 with a blade.  That would really hit the spot!  And a decent size end loader to go with it.

(They say people buy them 10-12 at a time.)

They are correct.  I just bought some and heard from a few at the show this week that they are watching for them as well via the "reminder" email you get when you "watch for" and item on the Klein's website

Hi David,
My care package arrived from my mate in Indiana to-day. I do not know what I expected but the photos do not do the D2 Model justice. I was really surprised at how small it is and now for my decal maker to produce the decals for the side of the radiator and the engine. Now to start the kit bash. I think I will go blind. Congratulations on a great little model.

While I received my D-2 from Stonebridge a while ago, I didn't get around to putting it together until this morning while waiting for fellow a$$hat Gary H. to show up.
DKS: your model and your mad modeling skillz are amazing!

The D-2 was just what Lush Vineyard on the Shoo-fly in Sonoma Free-moN module needed:

Used NeoLube for the tracks and motor, and a mix of fine-sifted dirt and non-sanded grout for the dirt.

A totally common and ordinary piece of equipment that your really miss when it's not there.
And the model has a world of detail all on it's own that makes an awesome addition to the scene.

Thanks and cheers!

Good lord that looks awesome!
There's a shyness found in reason
Apprehensive influence swallow away
You seem to feel abysmal take it
Then you're careful grace for sure
Kinda like the way you're breathing
Kinda like the way you keep looking away

M.C. that is the most amazing small scale vineyard I have seen yet. Amazing, and it truly sets off the crawler. Wow.
