Easy fix!  You know the feeling when you have put tons of work into something, up until 3:00 in the morning working to get some little issue worked out and you begin to think good enough?  At this point I need a push and I do appreciate it guys.

+1.  I wasn't trying to pick. I just noticed something I hadn't before and wondered what the extra space was for.  As for the counterweights, some .005 thick etchings could work nicely.

Jason, don't be coy- your skills are outstanding.  I wouldn't try that front axle shift either as I think that axle is geared on the mike...

Max, you're right this is a tough crowd, not sure I'll ever post a kitbash here... :D

I hope that doesn't happen too much, but I fear that it does (meaning that the criticism, no matter how kindly
worded and well-intended, discourages people from posting their work for fear of being bashed).
This is diverging from the thread topic a big too much, so we can discuss in a separate thread.

What a great build. I don't have the time patience or skills required to do what you make look so easy.

I wish I knew your secret of making castings that delicate. I thought for sure the number boards were going to tear the mold.
There's a shyness found in reason
Apprehensive influence swallow away
You seem to feel abysmal take it
Then you're careful grace for sure
Kinda like the way you're breathing
Kinda like the way you keep looking away

Jason, that is a mighty impressive machine.   Close photos, please!  I feel like I can't appreciate it enough in these far shots.
I love the staged photo with the crowd coming out to meet the engine!

Currently tipping my hat as I type with one hand (really...) to a master modeler......that's a piece of art kind sir !
Model railroading isn't saving my life, but it's providing me moments of joy not normally associated with my current situation..... Train are good!
