NP-ish 2-8-8-2 started a year ago. Here she pulls well!

Just a trial link to a video of my PSC PRR K4 'Skyliner' #1188 running DCC (converted by Hans Starmans) at the UK NTrak convention in Bournemouth a couple of years ago on the Black Diamonds modular layout.

Well that seemed to work so you are getting a couple more now!

Another DCC brass K4, streamlined this time pulling 49 freight cars and a cabin car at Tolworth model rail show in London, again on the Black Diamonds modular layout.

/>
Brass DCC S1, again at Bournemouth, and yes, I know the Kato set is too late. It's not my fault they made the wrong one!

/>
And a quick DC test of a Key Imports NYC Dreyfus Hudson before being converted to DCC.

Over Christmas I went out to the farm where Mom and a brother live. We both run steam, only. His layout needed many changes and mods so we spent some time running a few trains, just for the fun of it! Here's a link to my you tube video.

Here's a Clerihew about Ed. K.

Ed Kapucinski
Every night, he plants a new tree.
But mention his law
and you've pulled your last straw!

Alternate version:
Ed Kapucinski
Every night, he plants a new tree.
He asks excitedly "Did you say Ménage à Trois?"
No, I said "Ed's Law."

Josh,

That weathering job is beautiful.  Just perfect.  Hard to believe that's N scale.

Agreed, on all counts.

It would appear that Bachmann has redeemed themselves (to some degree, anyway) with the K4...

Thanks Jason for the castings!

Finished my UP 4-12-2 Class 9000, road #9000.
Kato Mikado chassis used w/2 extra driver sets driven by the side rods.
Tender used was Bachmann Spectrum Vanderbilt w/milled sides and shortened to fit tender casting after milling out.
