Like the new Atlas S-2, I can't wait to see the roadnames on these, too.

Dee is cheap, like me.

Hmm... translation:
EXPENSIVE...

The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.

More variety is never a bad thing, sign me up.

Though with all these new announcements, one fears for the future of our hobby

Well, that's it...  Two Alcos, one steam engine, another TOFC flat, and now the second new 60' boxcar style announced in just a month.  Yep, N scale is dying!

These were all over the valley like plague rats back in the 90's. ATSF and BNSF ran tons of them all along the San Joaquin hauling potatoes and raisins. SP and UP used them for beer out of Van Nuys and elsewhere. Hopefully, they'll do all the different door sizes. DRGW orange cars with 14' doors are very cool.

Man, I'm gonna go broke..

Just curious, these are the same basic cars that Galvaston RR/Golden West ran with the 14' door correct?

Dan, I think SP had 2 door cars and the gigantic 14' door....   these went into Golden West and then patched back to
SP/SSW....
