Only the flats have the smaller hole, the spines have holes that match the trailers on the market

That report would be filed with the Enviornmental Protection Agency, not OSHA FWIW

I had thought about making some of my intermodal hitch top plates available as a separate part for stuations such as this, although I'm not entirely sure if or how one with a large hole would be used in this case. The original idea I had was to release ones with the smaller, more prototypical hole to mount over stock hitches with large holes and then use wire for kingpins as mentioned above.

 It was kinda hinted about trailers by BLMA. Craig said that the flat cars are to scale including the hitches. If Craig does make trailers for the flats everything will be true to scale also including the king pin. I think it was either on trainboard or the atlas resurection forum.

Actually he said if, not they were going to make any anytime soon.  But the hitches are true to scale, and if BLMA were to make a trailer, then they would have the scale kingpin, but I'm not sure how secure the scale kingpin would be.

I would like to see a nicely detailed 40' flatbed trailer that I could put lumber and pipe loads on, and then load on TOFC cars.

I've tried that OSHA page several times and it doesn't seem to exist...darn.

I'd like to see one of the seemingly Northwest-only fishbelly sidesill flatbed trailers.  I've never seen one in Appalachia, but they used to all over the Northwest, and are still fairly common there.
