They look fantastic!

Exceptional-looking work; certainly masterful casting. I do tend, however, to feel the patchwork on the shacks is just a bit overdone.

Cast resin and pre painted...$50 is a great deal considering the hand work.  Proto wise they may be a bit heavy on the patchwork, but for my style of modeling I think they would look at home on my layout...I get what David Says though.

I suggest watching Zoomco's video of the finishing process.  A LOT of work goes into these buildings and details.

Oh well, I had no idea A LOT of work went into those buildings and details.   Because of that attribute, it certainly justifies the 50 bucks and allows one to excuse that George Sellios cartoonish siding type of thing going on. And I'm sure there's a prototype in Iowa or Kansas, because meth is pretty popular everywhere. Reminds me of those science experiments they did on spyders where they got the spyders high on various drugs and observed the disorder of their webs. Just sayin'.

I'm looking forward to seeing many scenes in the years to come with those shacks in them.

Their barn looked nice.

There was a documentary recently about life in and around the Pokey region of Appalachia - and sadly a number of people were living in housing that looked exactly like this - in one case right over the NS tracks (during one shot, an autorack train rolled by). 

I apologize for my initial meth comment - it was in no way intended to convey anything except the fact that these structure models looked exactly like housing in an area where a lot of people live a hardscrabble life....

I would love to see just the roads, guardrails, and utility poles offered as a kit; those roads are phenomenal!
