New Run of Walthers Greenville Hoppers Out...

Not as exciting as the BLMA flats or the Atlas forum, but the new run of Walthers Greenville cars is out.  I received mine - the NS spartan scheme and the SOU Claytor (black) scheme - and they look great although one car had a wobbly wheelset.  Not good for the price, but whatever....

Question for you guys to the south, do ex-Conrail stone/aggregate cars (the gray 3 bay ones with end platforms) - ever mix in with these?  I've not noticed this on the Roanoke Railcam.....

I have seen a couple but they are not that often spotted... but then I don't get by the tracks close enough to see much either...  :RUEffinKiddingMe:

The H1Ks are rare compared to the multiple classes of former Southern aggies... I've only seen two in this area... and those were coupled together on a set-off track.

Used to see them every once in awhile on the CSX in Atlanta and North Georgia. But not at all in the last 8/9 years.
