This is sounding awfully familiar. I'm going to have to look through our company newsletters again... we may be doing a goodly part of the engineering consult on this project. Hmm. Not my division tho'.
EDIT: Wow... we do a whole lot of business with GO Transit and a bunch of other rail infrastructure up there. I couldn't find the Havelock project, but I did discover that we're doing the GO electrification feasibility study.
