When I look at that photo all the bright colors seem more vivid, I wonder if it's just the photo color render. Not saying the color is right, but it may be darker or less vivid. I find when I take photos of CSX locos, and have the color set to sRGB I get much more vivid color, while Adobe is much more natural to my eye.

The good news is they've been out there long enough that they'll be nicely weathered in time for the Rail B Q.  Do you think Russ has arranged for them to parade by one train at a time?  Or has he pulled off having them all lashed together?

Or is the only thing up Russ's sleeve a big chubby arm with a misspelled tattoo?

A waiting public demands to know.

I've noticed that the final 10 are to be SD70ACes so I whipped these up. Numbers and liveries may not be correct to what NS is planning....

Here's the N&W unit in action hauling coal.  The blue still looks pretty vibrant and the plain black NS units look "normal"

I'm not a fanatic N&W person so the unit looks pretty good to me.

Nice schemes but not all accurate. The CNJ and the Reading are different. Here are the schemes

The NW and Southern units should be high hoods.  Not sure how they'd pull it off, but maybe DKS can whip up a full size resin kit...

I've actually arranged for the CR unit to be on the MOW siding in Newport and be loaded with automatic assault rifles and kegs of Yuengling so that we asshats can repatriate Enola Yard.
