Um, they own it since they purchased that part when they bought Conrail. CSX got the NYC heritage,

Anyone wondering how the corporate identities evolved into modern-day CSX and NS should read The Men Who Loved Trains.

I'm fairly certain that NS owns the rights to PRR; PRR's corporate identity survived through Conrail into NS.

CSX still uses NYC reporting marks on their cars and NS still uses PRR.  Don't know if it means they still have rights on the names.
