Nice!
Now I know they say tractor not included, but why render it if you are not making it? It looks like it may be a Road Commander which we need badly. I wonder if we will see one in plasic rather than resin like the container and chassis.
You've crossed the walls, excelled
Further along through their hell
All for my heart, I watch you kill
You always have, you always will
Now spread your wings and sail out to me

Wow...   These were around as storage sheds and other uses for a long time after they left service...

It's the money-shot to sell product...duh. I mean that picture wouldnt be all that awesome if it was a trailer just floating there. And if you're gonna complain about the tractor what about the container chassis too?

Need
a dozen.  Might buy three dozen if the original SP intermodals (that were set up for 35/40 footers) were coming along...

Sweet! But we really do need a (1960s) tractor to pull the darn thing.
Now seeking Pacific NW N scalers to create a Modutrak-style modular club featuring NP's shared mainline between Seattle and Portland. PM me if interested.

Some interesting proto images on The Intermodal Container Web Page (http://www.matts-place.com/intermodal/part4/35foot.htm)

Modern modelers might also have a use for these, as some appear to have been converted to canvas-topped containers to haul contaminated soil.
