As I mentioned in another post, I've found my collection of hundreds of photos of mostly boxcars I shot around 1991 to 1993.  They are not particularly artistic shots - basically this was the period after I was married and before we had kids and the wife and I would head over to the Neshanic Flea Market on Sundays. She would look around while I sat and took pictures of boxcars on the trestle.

Well fast forward - and there is an amazingly better variety of "base" models to perform paintout/restencils on. I'm thinking of making custom decals based on particular cars - one sheet with say 10-12 completely different cars on it - assuming you have the basic car that the restencil goes over.  Any interest out there in this? If yes, I'll do a better job on it.

To me, this was one of the best aspects of the 1990's lots of the IPD cars around, though tons of them had changed hands one or more times.

How would it be different than some black trimfilm and the microscale patch set though?

Very keen to see the photos though.

Just easier! I've given up trying to cut individual numbers and letters!!!    :)

I'm also not a huge fan of the fonts in the Microscale stencil lettering set...

Doing some In Z what?   :facepalm:

I could probably just take the artwork, copy it and past it at 160/220th the original size in the corner.
