For me a lot of my #10's are bowed...they were on the first AN layout and are on this one as well. But thats outta the box. I make sure when I install them they are glued across the entire switch and heavy weights (usually bricks) are put on it for 24hrs while the glue dries. Makes a nice level #10 that does not have problems like those that I did not "fix".

Don't feel bad, the prototype has this problem too...

If I recall Conrail had a group of B23-7's whose plows were modifed for 3rd rail territory...
