Peco Electrofrog Turnout DCC Modification Tutorial?

I have read on another forum that some modification can improve reliability on the Peco turnouts. Does anyone have, or know of, a pictorial on these procedures?

The tutorial was nicely detailed. I followed the instructions on a Peco #8 Electrofrog turnout and was pleasantly surprised that it now functions flawlessly. I only wish that I had this info when I first started laying track 5 years ago.
