NS, CSX and CR all had C30-7s, although CR only had 6 or so of them (one of which is pictured in my sig). That's all I'm going to say about this one...

NS, CSX and CR??????  Are these California shortline railroads I have never heard of??  Do the interchange with the UP or BNSF?   Do you have a map you could post??

Last time Kato made these it was a "one truck fits all" thing (ie wrong for some roads).

Time Zone Kato buyer here.  ATSF and SP used to swap horsepower with those blue beauties all the time.  The Union Pacifics will also get much consideration too, Mr. Wallet is seriously frightened.  Thought that I could resist these but its not possible...
