Sign Question

I am trying to reproduce the sign below which is on the Milwaukee Road Gibson Yard office. All I can read is Never... 4. The word above the 4 appears to have 4 letters. I assume that this is some sort of safety sign. Any guesses or slogans you would like to suggest. And yes, I have thought of "Never 4 Get the Beer/Bacon...."

That is a great guess! This sign is on the office located right at the first switch in the yard where the switcher was usually parked. Is this a reasonable speed limit in a yard? I think that the entire Beer Line (6 miles) operated under Yard Limit rules. If this was a more stringent restriction would it be found in an employee time table?

Thanks guys. Now when someone asks what the sign in 0.5 pt font says, I have a ready answer.

The September 1969 Milwaukee Road employee magazine had a feature article on this new campaign. This included supervisors in white coveralls as well as a variety of promotional devices. There are photos of very important looking meetings attended by very serious looking men, complete with slides and refreshments. One can only wonder what the trainmen thought of this campaign to reduce damage while they were sent out to run trains on increasingly marginal track.
