Chuck,

Replacing those road signs is definitely on the to-do list!

This picture is the definition of why the camera has become so essential to model railroading.  I swear to God, I feel like I just stepped out of the Hard Hat in Newport...  The soft focus simulates the effect of 3 32 oz. Yuengling drafts...

A tree a day...

Why do boxes of supertrees sit unused for so long? I have 2 boxes waiting.

Funny... I had a jumbo box sitting around since forever it seemed, and one day I concluded it was just taking up space. So I sold the box to John. Hey John, have you used them yet, or are they just taking up space in your basement now?

Well, if the CRHS gets it together to give me another Rail-B-Q as a birthday present (last year's was the day after), we can toast my turning 40 - with 40 bottles!

Well *****. I think we definitely have to make THAT happen then! Hopefully it'll be official next weekend, like I said, that's when we're mapping out the next year's event calendar.

Man what a change! The results are terrific.

The Spring RailBQ is scheduled for Saturday, May 1. More details will be posted soon, but lets see if we can get some more RW guys to attend. Also, Dave, I have two words for you....Auto Train. (Or we can come get ya from Harrisburg Airport. They have direct flights to/from Florida!
Russ

Also Dave, I love the layout! Really captures railfanning in central PA!

You can definitely count me in on the partaking of the big beers at the Hard Hat again this year at the Rail-B-Q.  And, if Rich wants to take over the driving duties this year, I won't complain.  Last year was good times, despite missing the UP locomotive running through.

Back on topic.  I, too, have a box of Super Trees that still sits in the closet unused.  In my case, I bought the trees at the Timonium show at least three years ago.  Yeah, that's a three.

Russ, we've done the Auto Train before when we lived in Melbourne, but it leaves from Sanford, FL, near Orlando.  We're now living 473 miles west-northwest (a day's drive) of Sanford.  That's almost half the journey to Harrisburg, but in the wrong direction.  We're waaaaay out by Pensacola.  Florida is very big.
