Special carring wounded servicemen from Wash, DC to Philadelphia for the Army/Navy football game.  E8's heading East through the haze at MARC station in West Baltimore.  Hauling arse.  Informed the dispatched by radio to please give him a free track as he was afraid that he could not get up to track speed with 19 cars if he had to stop.
