I like those L&N hoppers.

I have a small municipal power plant(a Walthers craft mill) and I need several hoppers..I haven't made up my mind on what road name.

Still no CPAA's  :(

But, the N&W and CR cars were staples up here, so Mr. Wallet can run but can not hide.

Craig, will the stone loads be made available separately? The CP cars come with the coal loads, but here in southern Ontario, infact the east side of the system in general, these cars were staples on stone movements into the late 1980's.

Finally, one of the Conrail paint scheme I have been waiting for.  I am in for all three and maybe six or nine more to renumber.  Thank you Craig!

I'll be saving a bunch of these for myself. I'll have the L&N/N&W interchange at St.Paul on my Clinchfield...

I've said it before and I'll say it again,  thanks for doing the off the beaten path roadnames. The MStL and CGW's were must haves. Probably a few Ill. Terminal as well as the usual RI, Milw Rd and CNW.  But come on, can't pass up the TP&W!  Those are awesome!

Trying to figure out how to explain the high ratio of coal hoppers that my layout will start experiencing in the next year.

I agree, the CGW & M&StL are perfectly-timed. How about another 6 car run or two of CGW cars? I don't relish the idea of renumbering cars and definitely will need more CGW.

Now if we can get Athearn to do the MDC rib-side in M&StL I will be set.

We didn't know the TP&W cars existed until Trainfest! Steve snagged a picture from a photo dealer at the show and it made for a good fit with this month's group. As for justifiying hoppers, don't forget CGW also used hoppers like this in iron ore service and then there is always aggregates...

No, I think it was the teen guy in black skinny jeans and the fur trimmed plaid hat.
