What's the bid up to? I hope someone gets them and starts production again. I could do it, But depends on the price.
The thing I would be concerned about is proper packing of the molds so they survive the move. Especially in winter in a non-climatized box trailer, conditions in which mold material will become less pliable and more susceptible to jostling and vibration (most LTL shippers don't have air-ride suspensions on their trailers).
It's not terribly far from Craig... I wonder if he's interested in getting into line of stuff. Doubtful considering the labor intensiveness of it, it seems he's moved beyond that in the past few years. But it'd be a good home and get instant wide marketability.
Not far, but not very close either...Specifically, what parts of the line are you all clamoring for? We will do additional detail parts, but all most likely in brass or plastic (thus utilizing new designs/masters/tooling).
