I ordered one of these a few months ago:
http://www.eurorailhobbies.com/erh_detail.asp?mn=12&stock=BU-5010&ca=3
Then got an e-mail that they weren't built yet so well see how it runs someday...

But I like this:

Chris , if in the future I was going to power a MOW something with a BullAnt , and it looks like "40 inch wheels ( 20" HO ) is as small as they go , what would be a good gear ratio 31/1 ?

I know nothing about the Bullant other than what on their site. I'd probably want smaller wheels.

If I was buying something from them I would get 60:1 ratio.

The Bachmann 2-8-0 is around 45:1 and I think that speed range is good.

It just depends. If you just want the ability to move on your own then just about anything will work.
