I picked up 6 of these things .. and love them. They are good looking and appear to be well built, with one exception. Tonight, while trying to put one into place, those damned little washers at the bottom popped out. Upon further inspection of the rest of my stock, it seems these are not set into place properly, either at the factory, or have come loose during handling, removal from the package. It's a minor irritant, and can be fixed easily, provided you do it before you put the turnout down.
My fix is to put a little dab of Goo on the little washer, after making sure it is pressed back down sufficiently. There has got to be a better way of mounting those closure rails ..
