Don't think I've ever seen one like this before.

Anyone know what it would haul?

ACRX stands for American Chrome and Chemicals, Inc. Pretty vague, I know, but its a start. The stenciling says not for flammable liquids. I can't otherwise make out the placard due to glare.

According to the notes someone left on one of the pictures of ACRX tank cars at the following URL: http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/rsList.aspx?id=ACRX, they haul Chromic Acid.
Check out my website (listed under the web tag) for railfanning pictures from 32 states, D.C., and Ontario. Current locomotive count: 5772!

This was in one of the pics... they looked up the UN number "1463 corresponds to Chromium trioxide, anhydrous in the ERG"
