Real Good Day at St Denis

Think usually thin out and get quiet about 1PM but today was an exception.  Lots of late afternoon trains running today.

Here's something I've never seen there before.  All Eastbound signals lite up at once:

The most interesting train, besides 2 ballest trains, was this military move.  Train W860.

Bob, doesn't photobucket have some sizing options for linking?  You already had your Thursday images removed from A-board.

Yes, they were removed.  I posted the original photos not the ones I did resize.  Got an e-mail from Atlas concerning this.  They were nice about it and so no complaints from me.  There were a couple people complaining about oversized photos in the Admin Section and this brought this about.

What I can't figure out is that when I was using my D40 the photos were the right size and when I switched to a D90, all of a sudden they were large.  Do wish Atlas would automatically resize photos like what happens hereon Railwire.

Bob,

Somewhere at photobucket you can select 800 wide, I can't find it right now though. It doesn't matter what your camera is set at or how large the photos are on your computer. When you upload them to photobucket it will resize them if you tell it to.

I wish I could tell you exactly how to do it, but I can't figure it out myself right now. I just know mine is already set to 800 wide.

Chris

I looked around in Photobucket and couldn't find how to do it.  If you come up with the answer let me know.  Chaning the size on each photo gets to be a pain in the butt.

I might have it.

At photobucket if you are logged in you see the green bar that says "Upload images and videos"  Right under there it says "(more options)", click that and the box pops up to let you pic the size of uploads. I clicked 800 x 600.

Got it.  Hopefully this will take care of things.
