Just a shameless plug for the 6th annual N-Scale Weekend event to be held in Bedford, PA on August 28, 29, 2010. Will be at the Sportsplex on the hill next to the Walmart on US Rte 30 between Bedford and Everett, PA. Lots of layouts and a couple of venders too. There is a nominal admission price of $4.00 for those who will only be there one day. This is a perenial good time for N scalers with an entire weekend of running trains and comraderie with other nscalers. Ususaly some good deals to be had also with the venders. So if you are in the area, do come by. Bedford is easy to reach via the PA Turnpike. It is about 3-3 1/2 hours from D.C. or Baltimore, less from Harrisburg and Pittsburgh. Anyone coming from east of Bedford will find it easier to take US Rte 30 west from Breezewood. Look for the Walmart on the left and the Sportsplex will be on the hill next to it.
