Is there a reason everyone is leaning towards Ed?  I thought Lee was center of the blackhole!

We couldn't get your steamer to run .. I suspect it was the decoder address ... we just didn't have time to fiddle with it .. Dr. Lee has the patient for diagnosies

The K-4 was present, but continues to have issues.  Something is binding up in the drive, more tinkering, but not until after tomorrow's jig saw festival.  I have to find a way to make a little more room for the decoder between the gear tower and the inside of the boiler. Worst case it may end up hardwired in the tender.

That giant Belpaire firebox on the M1 spoiled me!

Had the M1 running in both directions this morning.  Still having trouble with the front tender trucks derailing on frogs.  Might try and place weight to see if that handles the problem.  Stall in a couple spots but that was due to slightly dirty tracki.  At least it takes curves due to the blind drivers.
