Daniel's post about the construction stuff reminded me that Markus recently posted a link to the new Lemkes on the N scale Vehicle list.

This company has a released several versions of the Opel Blitz:

Opel, of course is a european unit of GM, and the sheet metal for the cab looks to be very similar (not perfect) to concurrent GMC/Chevy models in the USA (late 40s into the 1950s):

Unfortunately, they seem to have no US distribution.

These look nice - thanks for sharing.  I am picturing some rusted out versions for 1970s era scenes.
