Found this when trying to find some prototype info:

From PC to CR, and finally to BN?
Vincent

If N scale had good SD40-2s, C30-7s, U30Cs, SD45s, SD40s, and SW10s; I'd be in N scale.

There are a lot of PC-CR-RFMX hoppers running around.

Also PC-CR-NYC as well.

Here is a PC-CR-NRLX hopper I shot in Lima Ohio some years back.

Too Bad Gene Fusco didn't try the H54 Hopper in N, perhaps he would of gotten a better response compared to the G41a. I heard if you mention N, he gets upset.

And before you ask it was not deer season.

Well, he kinda shot himself in the foot by picking a prototype of somewhat limited appeal to begin with, and then made the kit about as complicated as possible...bending grab irons by hand isn't most peoples strong suit...

To keep the post on-topic, there are also PC/CR covered hoppers owned by INTX (which are ex-NRLX) and LANX. NRLX still has a handful running around in full EL paint.

They're not "Crown Victorias"-they're known
as "Police Interceptors"
