Beaufort and Morehead:  the only railroad I have ever seen where the entire length has been modeled with no selective compression.

9.5 Miles would be 315 feet in N scale... possible

I read the same thing about this road being done in it's entirety.  Don't remember who the modeler was.

Actually, it was sponsered by the town of Beaufort, and the reason I got into N scale (from HO).  It was a group effort, with Wayne Gibson and Dr. John Costlow as the guys in charge.

The layout itself is no longer in existance, but I have several of the buildings.

By the way, the 9.5 miles was not a straight line; it includes the siding to one of the fish factorys and also the line to the fuel depot on Radio Island.

CNJ Bronx Terminal (modeled by Tim Warris):
Don't let Chris see this.

Chris and I have been following Tim's CNJ Bronx Terminal project since forever. I was tempted to do it in Z scale, but that eventually led me to stray into narrow-gauge territory; I felt as though the Bronx Terminal was really Tim's baby.

Yea.  I wouldn't be surprised if 90% of the Railwire has been following this project.  (Since, what, 2007?)
