With my paychecks in the tank like the economy, I'm just happy to have all the (too much) stuff that I have to work with/run.

I preordered the Kato DRGW 4stripe PA, so that's my "bonus/Christmas gift" or whatever to myself.

I'm fortunate and would like a little more, but that's cool. The DRGW 4 stripe is a dream come true for me. My road, standard pricing, no "custom" high dollar paint job needed. My painting skills are not good enough for this scheme, so this is a blessing for me.

- (Once I have a house) will have the East End planned through BYR (NCR) for '68 through '73.

You doing the old WM (Union Bridge) or the "Dutch" or both?

Mark

The Tide Sub, East Sub (through Hagerstown and Williamsport Hill), Lurgan Sub, Hanover and York (except for Porters to Emory Grove) in the case of the WM. For the BYR (NCR), it would be from York to Baltimore including Penn Station, both Walbrook/Fulton Jcts and the Catonsville and Mt Clare Branches of the PRR.

Well...

Santa (me) is bringing himself? a new run Shay. IF it gets shipped in December. If not, I'll be happy if some of the structures on the list make it under the tree, then on to the layout.

Santa might bring the boy a Tomix Thomas... ;)

Well apart from hoping Santa gives me a new job in a new country I'm hoping for to get some time to do a little modelling - I have some of my PNR boxcars I want to get painted and shipped off.

Personally, i'm going for a 5-car set of 2-rail O brass PRR MU cars that a friend is selling me. Two MP54 motor coaches, a trailer coach, an MPB54 motor combine, and a BM62 full baggage motor. (He may even have an MBM62 RPO car, but he's not sure.) All unpainted; i tentatively plan to paint the trailer, combine, and baggage in PRR, and the two motor coaches in PC and Septa colors for a little variety.

- CMR City Station and Concourse
How funny is it that you're going to have Baltimore's Penn Station on your layout, and it won't be on mine?

It means I'm that much better than you! Its a damn nice station...hell about all of CMR's new N releases over the next year are going to be on the layout.
I WANNA SEE THE BOAT MOVIE!

Yes... I'm in N... Also HO and 1:1

Heh, I still have my 027 from when I was kid. Once in a while I pick up a new freight car for the loop.

Well I have it from a reliable source that Santa will add a car or two to the O scale around the tree layout and maybe another switch.... I will buy myself my train gift from my wife which will almost always be a book.......no idea what this year..............
Model railroading isn't saving my life, but it's providing me moments of joy not normally associated with my current situation..... Train are good!

I truly do not have a train christmas list this year. What's wrong with me!!! ???

Seriously, I'll get some money for chrsitmas from relatives and if FVM's GEVO's are on time. The IAIS 511 and a decoder to go with it will be mine. But that's about it this year.

If the Atlas shipping schedule holds I should be getting one of these around Christmas Easter time:

Pure coincidence though.
