Missing Walthers Structures

After being duped by an auction on that certain auction site, for an YMCA Bunk House listed in N Scale but is actually HO.  I went to see if Walthers sold this in N as I had plans to make this a Police station, but no joy.  This is just one of the many disappointments I face with Walthers building.

So my question is what structures does Walthers make for HO that you would love to see in N.

Since majority of their industrial building I could use I will give a short list of key items I would want.

  • Municipal Pier Terminal
  • YMCA Bunk House
  • United Petroleum Refining
  • Transfer Table (Up To Heljan)
  • Milwaukee Beer & Ale Brewery
  • High-Voltage Transmission Tower
  • Headquarters Building
  • Concrete Batch Plant
  • Swing Bridge

#1 for me is the Plastic Pellet Silos, then the new ethenol plant. And the piping and
highway/sidewalk sections.

The street / sidewalk sectional kits are high on my list, especially the brick streets. I have been working on an HO layout for a friend and the sidewalks, fire hydrants, man hole covers, and storm drains that come with the street kits sure come in handy elswhere on the layout.



They are great to making a building modular in a scene because the curb overlaps the street slightly which makes a great way to hide a lift out section.

The bus terminal in the shot would also be a great addition with all the N scale bus options we seem to have now.

The auto series.  The assembly plant they did is way too small for HO, but it would be awesome kitbash fodder.  The new car show room is cool too.

Oh, and did someone say Hulett Machine?  I have no idea what I'd do with it, but it would be cool to motorize and just put on the side of my desk...

Lee got me thinking, Wallenschalger Motors, that little machine shop that was awesome and
utility poles, all of the stuff that came in the blue hanging small boxes, i.e piping, chain link
fence.

  Yes the Milwaukee Station and Train sheds ,the matching Hiawatha train, the Art Deco Bus Depot.and last but not least Hullett ore loader. Nate Goodman (Nato). Salt Lake, Utah.

The Grain series is tops on my list too. Also Like to see Wallschlager Motors, White Tower Restaraunt, Open Air Transloading, Mcgraw Oil and the Bus Terminal.

I can't figure out why the never offered Interstate Oil in N? - But then they
offered a real neat engine facility in N and not in HO.
