Hold your breath.  According to the editor, Walt Huston is doing another one of his articles on the basics.  The upcoming one is on scenery.

Ya, I know!  Good Mag and good features!

The LL motor will fit but the shaft is just a hair too short on one side, and too long on the other. You could move the communicator/windings on the shaft but that was way too risky for me. Honestly, I didn't see a need for a new motor, the engines runs well and I will be adding DCC so that negates the motor issues for me.

Splicing the NW2 cab and MP15 lighting baffle was the most tedious part.

It was a very fun project and I hope others try it out.

How many of us were in this last issue anyway?
Lee, I really liked your layout. Hopfully someday I can see it in person.

There's a really nice bed and breakfast next door to me...  Just tell the wife you're taking her on a romantic getaway, then spend all day in my attic!
