Whew.
I'm dreading the day the "normal" CR 8 Doors get done.
Which reminds me, I should probably score one of the PC and PRR 8 Door cars as well.
Why all these 8 doors? Because I've decided that my layout will only be featuring GM plants.

You're a braver man that I, Ed, running 86' boxcars on The Kidney. I'll run 85' passenger cars and maybe even 89' TOFCs, but an 86' box on my door layout would look a little HUGE.

I didn't say I'm planning on using them for Kidney use... but a string of them will look great on the HSC stuff (someday), and the NCR.
They also look good sitting in the yard (especially next to a 44 tonner).

This is one of the announcements I've feared for some time... real GTW cars. Yikes! And the kitty was prevalent here in the late eighties as well. Mercifully, they only do three numbers at a time!
