thank you for the pictures Chuck, very apreciated...

the GEVO shells are looking very good but the one who designed them has had more than one very close look to the Kato AC4400CW and how they are built and put together  ;) the drive, see above  ;) - Ferromex GEVOs, HOT ! - any words on the prices yet ?

Road-specific shells, No cast-on grabs, separate cut levers(?), copycat mechanism.  I like what I'm seeing so far.  :)

Someone told me this was an employee of a well known locomotive manufacturer visiting the Fox Valley Models booth earlier today.

The name tag says Mark Jirousek but he looks like Harold Ramis from Ghost Busters to me.  ;)

Well, I guess my Atlas airslides are going in the junk drawer now.  Those Athearn ones look 100x better!

Did anyone from IM say how well the cab forwards pull?  And does it have traction tires?

Are there any other road names in the first offering? I kind of hoped for an Iowa Interstate in there....
