It wouldn't kill Kato to do Conrail specific SD40-2's...

Those SD40's that seem to still be available for relative cheap are interesting as fodder for doing a pair of SD40-2E's though - I mean who wouldn't want CR 6969?

Did you know that Rt 31 in NJ used to be Rt 69,  but the signs were stolen so often they changed it?
