So are these turkeys only selling direct? Mark
Quote from: NandW on March 02, 2009, 02:05:31 PMSo are these turkeys only selling direct? MarkAfter a couple of emails I just got a reply from them today saying the following:"We are in the process of finalizing our dealer package and expect to have it complete in the very near future. We appreciate your patience as we work through this and are excited to provide you with the products your customers have been asking for."No other details were included.
I'm liking the looks of the cars on the site, and I think the price is not bad for the 3 packs. I may pick some of the CSX and NS hoppers up along with some FV wheels.
Hopefully you'll be able to sell them at a price that not only reflects what they're worth, but also nets you the same profit as well...

Really, I actually think the ER model looks better from the side - better proportioned trucks and ride height.
From a post by Glenn Poole on the A-forum, they're using the same trucks Athearn had tooled (Athearn replaced the SDK trucks they originally used with another manufacturers trucks)... they don't roll worth a crap though... so either way you're replacing trucks or wheelsets.

There really is no such thing as RTR is there? ;D
