I was just checking out the Conrail Historical Society site and ran accross a cool picture of the mainline that is
goes through my area
http://thecrhs.org/?q=Images/CR-6776-C630-November-1976 I've been looking for good pictures
of the bridge in the backround they tore it down in the early 90's I'm making a model of it in brass. There is one problem now
I just have to have a Lehigh Valley unit now!! I got the Penn Central C630 and C628 but I just need one of those
beat up Alco LV units. That is one thing missing in todays railroading not just the bold paint schemes but these assume
filthy beat up units!!!! The variety of motive power then was assume

. I was originally going to model strictly the B&O
in the late 70's (Yes with alot of the Chessie units ;D) But half my layout will be B&O and half Conrail now. I live
right by both mainlines. I will definatley be getting A Conrail GP38-2 and a GP40-2 (I might get 2 of one of them) and
possibly a GP30.
