Am I correct in thinking that a X29 with the circle keystone is good for 1947?

PRR used the circle keystone logo on freight cars from 1930 through 1954, making it the longest lived scheme. The shadow keystone only lasted six years, to 1960, when it was replaced by the plain keystone. Some cars still carried the circle keystone when PRR merged with NYC on 2/1/68.
