And you don't even need a zap applicator... just put a fork in an outlet and stand next to the bag of fibers...

I think those cars are some sort of WMATA training cars for Metro evacuations.  I hope this helps.

I always thought that a street version of one of these would be the next "one up" on the Hummer craze, ie. a mobile home that could go four wheeling, across rivers, etc...
