What's the story with Rix?

I tried emailing Rix a while ago about potentially getting some of the Pikestuff blank wall and roof panels for a project and they're not very expedient about returning my email. Granted, it's not the biggest purchase they probably have to deal with but... Anyone know if this is normal, and I should try casting my own rather than providing them with income?

I haven't heard a thing about them or from them. Based on teh fact that a few manufacturer's have talked about getting stuff done in the US and getting quoteds from a few places. I would imagine that RIX might be one of them as they do experience w/model rr and the machines available.

The hobby products are just a sideline for their contract/production injection molding business.  Maybe they're one of the few manufacturers to still have a high business level and the MR stuff isn't that important to them right now.
