I'm finally getting some space for a potential home layout. I don't even know if I'll build a perminant layout. I sort of prefer making something I could bring to shows. But the space is big enough and interesting enough to hatch out a few plans.
I have to share with a guest bed at the bottom of the drawing, but the area with grid takes into account the walking space so it is all usable.
