Even with how bad the economy is, I can't believe Atlas did the CW!!!!!! There goes that theory Lou!!!

A curved radius turnout. I can already here track being pulled up across the country.

What are the chances a 21"/15" will please the masses?

On the plus side, not one thing for me.

Did RF&P really have ore cars?  :o How about Long Island?

My wallet is happy, and I'm sure Mr. Kato will keep it that way. ;D

That re-railer will make somebody happy. :-X

Curved C55 Turnouts and L&N Black and Cream RS3's for me. Glad you guys got the CW40's. HO get's the Solid Waste Containers so I guess Lou will start trash talking now. ;D

well you never know Hump, they are in the catalog but will they actually get produced... ?   ;)

Think I read where the RF&P did have some ore cars.  Used in MOW work.

Yup, I remember pictures of them in and around Doswell, VA, where the RF&P loaded the ore cars with ballast.  If I recall correctly, the white vertical stripes on the side of the RF&P cars indicated that they were MOW cars and not for interchange.

Think I'll order a few in anticipation of modeling the interchange between the C&O Piedmont Subdivision and the RF&P at Doswell one day.   :)

Eh ... it couldn't have been that much more work to put a wide cab on :)

The LIRR had extended side ore cars which were used for ballast . The crews hated them because they tended to tip over . A blocked line on the LIRR is a big big deal .

about time the dash wide cabs were long over due, The wallets isnt going to like me but i want a pair of CR c32-8s in ballast express scheme anyone do custom work?

Yeah, I'd love to talk trash, but this is a family site, right?

I'm pleased about those C40-8W's though - I am sure they will be worth the 17 year wait. Yeah - I first saw them the week before I was married and we just had our 17th anniversary.
