There are photos of the Broadway Limited cars posted from Kato's site on the Atlas board is anyone is interested.  Tried to cut and paste it here but for some reason didn't work.

Wow...  I hadn't ordered any (I just ordered the GG1) but now I may be reconsidering.  They look really good with those aluminum window gaskets.

I'll admit right up front that I'm a huge fan of Kato, but [BNSF Dash-9] I have never understood their strategy with regards to promo shots (let alone their larger marketing decisions [BNSF Dash-9]).  For example, what exactly is the function of the tunnel portal in this shot:

???  With all the N scale talent [BNSF Dash-9] in the Chicagoland area (Skibbe, Denton, lashedup, Kruse, [BNSF Dash-9] just to name a few that I'm familiar with) they could just buy or rent a diorama from them and be light-years [BNSF Dash-9] ahead of the curve.

Wozzers! http://www,wozzers.com I'am glad I ordered the entire train to go with my G. Only car type left out were duplex roomette cars which were in consist when I got to ride it in 1962 from New York to Chicago. I've always wanted a Pennsylvania Twin Unit diner, even if that was all that was offered to run with my Con Cor & other Maker Pennsy cars. The day trains between NY & Washington, that were not the Senator or Congressional also had twin unit diners on several consists, but a bar lounge area replaced the dorm space on these cars. I've gotten a  couple complaints about the aluminum window frames.  Some say it's too noticiable and detracts from the overall look of the cars and won't match up with other make PRR cars very well.

That's probably what they looked like brand new (?).

It appears that the frames weathered quickly:
