Any idea what was going on with all those 80 macs out there in southfork?

They get taken up to Cresson every weekend for fuel, sand, and basic maintenance. I've just never seen them move THAT many of them at once. Usually it's done 5 or 6 at a time. So maybe it was just a very slow weekend for coal and they decided to get them all in one shot while they could.

I was there as well.  A little smaller this year but with fuel prices the way they were/are it was understandable. Another good time with fellow N scalers and now that Central Ohio Ntrak will host their own N Scale Weekend in May of next year this thing just may catch on across the country.

Nice Warren.  Is that using the masking tape technique?  It looks really good.

It looks almost like the liquid paper method I have tried, obviously white only.  It's the kind that comes out like thin tape.

Yes it's the sticky tape method

I used enamel thinners after the ink wash and 2 coats of cheap white craft paint

Agreed; awesome modeling.  Would do that Peco 55 as Atlas 55, but then I use 80, so I can't talk.  But the weeds and the trees are HOT!!!

New Lisbon is one of my favorite places to railfan when I am out in WI as I have family there.
