Seusscaboose has a bunch of Cat excavators and what not that are close to N scale, not sure who the manufacturer is, or if they do farm equipment.  That might be a place to start...

That is Norscot or something like that .... the discussion about the real size of their stuff is ongoing since this company exists.
A guy in Germany has built his equipment from scratch.
