Found if you put the cursor right on the line you get ->||<-, which lets you move the line by holding down the left button on the mouse.

On the very top you have a drop down VIEW , if you click on FULL SCREEN the picture is a bit bigger .

Now I see that I'm the dummy... hadn't noticed the circular arrows on the blue toolbar. If they are enabled, it rotates the angle of view.
