I have my HO scale Southern New England (which I and all my friends call theb "Sneey" -- one of my favorite private road names was the "St Louis Union Terminal" -- you can figure it out from there.

The herald featured a "trailer trash momma" with pink robe, curlers in the messed up hair, and a cigarette hanging from the lip.  Quite a feat to get the registration correct on those decals . . .

Modeling (or attempting to model) the Central Vermont circa October 1954  . . .

WTF?  What's wrong with your shelf layout?  Are you leaving N or just changing track plans?

the layout is being relocated to a different part of the basement.  i wanted to have this completed over MLK weekend since I had Monday off, but my wife decided to not go out of town...  her office and the layout are switching spaces - i'll get better lighting and with a hole in the wall to the sump pump area, several tracks of staging.  she wants to tackle the job in the spring because her office is a huge disaster.

ugh.
