Nice Dave! I really admire your work.

Mark

(at least Ed isn't ragging on the NJ Intl Position Lights) :P

Thanks!  Either Ed or Lee (I forget which) have already had his say about those NJI signals... ;D

Seriously, though, I got an insane deal on eBay for those.  Eventually, as budget allows, LED signals will replace them.

I completely understand Dave. As a fellow Position Light challenged guy I feel the pain. For many years the NJ Int nearly HO size PRR sigs were the only game in town.

Alkem has some good stuff for PRR, PC, and Conrail modelers (LIRR? LV too?)  (ie the all yellow style) and maybe we'll see an Amtrak/N&W style color postion version too.

Not having any track laid at the moment makes it easy to speak from the armchair.  ;)

Yeah, I think I've razzed Dave about those in the past at some point.

Nice job!  I really love the weathering job too.

Thanks! Version 2.0 will be coming soon... I have to send the "victim" back to Bachmann to get repairs. the keeper that holds the drive rod onto the valve gear popped off, and all of my efforts to get it back on were in vain. I'd rather pay the 20 bucks to get it fixed than to botch up a nice running loco. Besides, the time spent trying to fix it is better spent on other projects.

Just be warned. Bachmann likes to just replace things, not fix them.

Repair, replace, doesn't matter to me really, as long as it comes back running without stuff popping off. It's a MoPac unit, so there is certainly no sentimentality of the loco...I just need it's GUTS.
