Quick question for everybody who details their locos.

What products do you use to add ditch lights to models without them?

The reasoning is that i have some old Kato SD40-2s that i want to modernise and do not know where to start. Living in the UK means i don't have access to a LHS to browse for parts and so i have to rely on the glory of Google to find anything.

Thanks in advance

I used to use Sunrise, but they stopped production since 1/2007 IIRC.  I think they may have started up a limited production on a few items including some of the ditch lights, but I haven't been able to find anything at the LHS.

I'm guessing I'll have to scratchbuild.

Here's some info on "how to install" ditchlights from the guy who I consider to be "the MAN" when it comes to customizing locos:

I'm sure he won't mind me posting the link--you'll probally end up buying something from his site when you see all his incredible work!
