I think it looks a little too brown.  The real thing almost has a slate/olive color to it.

Go back to Mexico Tower and take a tote bag... You can find the same stuff farther east at McCoy's Ferry...  That's where I got mine...

i would go back and paint it all a light grey and then hit it with washes of light tan, medium brown, and then mist it with diluted india ink to make the cracks jump out.  i think that might get you that spoiled rock look so common on the B&O in western Maryland.
